B.A. Tamil

Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Tamil) is a three-year course. Eligibility for the course is 10+2, intermediate cleared. It is an excellent preparation for careers in teaching, media, advertising, writing, and publishing; for graduate or professional studies in Tamil literature, communications, or law; and for advancement in any field in which communication skills are important.

B.A. English

The Bachelor of Arts (English) is a three-year graduate degree programme. The programme would develop the intellectual, personal, and professional abilities of the student through effective communicative skills, ensuring a high standard of behavioural attitude, and shaping the student into a socially responsible citizen. The programme enhances the employability of the students by developing their linguistic competence and communicative skills.

B.Sc Mathematics

B.Sc. Mathematics is a 3-year undergraduate academic degree awarded to those who successfully complete a programme in mathematics and related disciplines, such as computer science or statistics. The minimum eligibility requirement to pursue this course is a 10+2 qualification from a school.

B.Sc Computer Science

The main objective of the graduates learning at Government Arts and Science College is to have the ability to extend their knowledge and skills to the computing environment. Students can develop, improve, and sell their knowledge by learning about and knowing about the current technological innovation in the IT industries.

B.Com

The Bachelor of Commerce degree is designed to provide students with a wide range of managerial skills while building competence in a particular area of business. We form our department vision to inspire and guide students and teachers to acquire knowledge, develop skills, and develop a positive attitude that will enhance their professional capabilities to face a global environment in the fields of trade, commerce, and industry. The department of commerce aims to expose students to general business principles by taking courses in accounting, finance, business management, human resources, marketing, and economics.
